Essay/Creative Non-Fiction
- Submissions should not exceed 3,000 words. One piece per submission and one piece per submission period.
Additional Guidelines & Note
- Washington Square Review is Lansing Community College’s Literary Journal.
- All submissions must be primarily written in English and must be the original, unpublished work of the author.
- This goes without saying, but we are saying it anyway: do not submit AI writing. We will consider it, though, if it is used creatively and use is stated.
- Contributors receive one copy of the issue in which they are published.
Poetry
- Each submission should be 1 poem. Three poems may be submitted per submission period.
